Recently, when I pee I feel like the urge to go pee more but i can't and at the end the peeing..I feel itchy..what should I do? Is this urinary tract infection?

It might be a urinary tract infection (UTI), but you should see your doctor to make sure it isn't something more serious and to get treated if it is a UTI.
The "itchyness" might be the beginning of yeast infection. Get to your doc to get a definitive answer, then do some research on prevention so that you can modify your diet and habits so that it doesn't happen again.
