Stoking the Flames

By Chris Parker on Mar 8, 2011 at 1:48 PM

I read and enjoyed the article Rekindling the Flame by Gail Saltz, M.D. in AARP magazine. In it she recommended watching a sexy movie with one's spouse. Can you suggest the titles of three to six such movies that would promote good sexual relationships; erotic in nature but not pornographic? Where can these titles be purchased (or rented)?

Thank you.

Oooh, great question! Check out this list from Amazon.com. Erotic films, can be purchased right from the site (I have seen The Lover and Y Tu Mama Tambien; both great and very sexy!), and a lot of them can probably be rented from Netflix.

Good luck!

Great suggestions. Using Violet Blue's book to suss out the raunchy from the erotic, you can then get videos on demand at http://www.passionatevod.com/index.php?&CLICK=94405,1,suba,http%3A%2F%2Fwww.babeland.com%2F

Candida royale films are great, they are softer pron made with women in mind. But i also meant a movie that you find sexy...which doesn't need to be erotica per se...something like "bodyheat" which is just plain sexy.
