Controlling ejaculation

Dead GoodinBed

I have with great, great appreciation and results read your books about orally pleasuring a woman and the female orgasm (i had a girl at the time and i managed 6 orgasms as a record and providing her with at least one every time, before reading your books i had no clue).

I feel like i read somewhere that with lot of work men can control their ejaculation leading to them being able to have orgasm without ejaculation, but that it was terribly difficult.

Since I am single now and unable to further practice my orgasm-giving, I would like to improve my own performance.

Do you know of any book which could teach me the techniques? I have seen a lot of men-sites proclaiming that like magic Kegels can do the trick, but i would like something a bit more tangible.

best regards,

The one who wants to improve

Based upon my research, men can learn to isolate the pubococcygeal muscle, which is located in the pelvic area, by stopping urination midstream, and they can strengthen itover time with repeated tightening and releasing exercises.

Thank you for your reply.
What you are telling me i already know (i even heard that when you know how to exercise the pc muscle, one shouldn't stop uriniating midstream since it could have the exact opposite effect).

What i need is a reliable source with a serious training program for the pc muscle and one managing to explain how to use a well-trained pc muscle to hold back ejaculation.

There are a couple of books on male multiple orgasm, which basically instruct men to bring themselves close to the point of ejaculatory inevitability and then cycle back in the process of arousal. Are you feeling like you have a problem with premature ejaculation, or are you simply interested in extending your latency period and the time you're able to maintain an erection? If you're dealing with PE, check out my Good in Bed Guide on the topic. In terms of strengthening your PC muscles, that will help with ejaculatory control, but I personally think it's over-hyped as the be-all end-all solution. Certainly becoming aware of your point of ejaculatory inevitability will also help. Next time you're masturbating try to experience one or two orgasmic contractions without fully ejaculating. That will relieve some of the sexual tension in the pelvic area as well as let out some of the blood. You may lose a small % of your erectile quality too, but you will be able to last longer.

Wow, first i have to say it's an honour to actually be replied by you Ian, you are indeed one of my true heroes.
I don't have a problem with premature ejaculation, actually neither holding an erection long (i guess i am just lucky there). It's more of like hoping to become better through awareness and control and of course take precautionary measures against it happening in the future.
I am so glad that you agree with me on the over-hyping of training the PC-muscle. I will try to strengthen them and train my awareness of orgasmic contractions. Are there any books you can recommend about the subject?

This man has written the book(s) you seek: Mantak Chia. He's a Taoist martial and marital arts guy ... I can't vouch for the exercises, but I've seen the books.
