Arousal is partly physical and partly psychological. There is no gel that can be transferred to the vagina from the penis that would increase arousal. Plus, you would have to have increased arousal to get to the point where your penis would be in her vagina. It is unfortunate that she is not very willing to speak to a doctor or therapist about this issue. How was your sex life with her before?
