I and my girlfriend enjoy having sex,but the problem am having during sex is quick ejaculation and she do complain about it after sex which is making me sick and suck.Pls what should i do?

A. Do not beat yourself up about this, and don't allow anyone else to belittle you.
B. This is NOT uncommon. Sex Therapy can help you change this dynamic. Find a clinic or sexologist (search this site, especially) where you can find exercises, processes, to help you last longer, etc. Have you downloaded any of the eBooks, here (you can sample them before paying the very low fee to purchase).
