Don't buy a drug illegally over the Internet -- it's not worth the risk. You're right that dapoxetine (now known as priligy) is not currently available in the US, because it did not receive FDA approval due to lack of efficacy. Have you checked out my guide to overcoming premature ejaculation? There are many techniques in there for gaining ejaculatory control? If you feel like you're a candidate for some sort of medical intervention, you might want to try promescent, which is a spray that will diminish erectile sensitivity and help you last longer -- it is FDA approved.
I totally agree. I used to work in an emergency room. I have seen on more than one occasion a person get very ill because he or she thought they were taking one thing when it was really something else. I have seen organ failure, horrific infections and near fatalities from this type of thing. If you are ordering something from out of the country you have no way to verify what you are getting. Its not worth it.
