Not Reaching the Big O

By hjk on Jul 26, 2012 at 11:18 AM

I'm a newbie menopausal women in good health who has not had issues with penetrational orgasm with my partner until lately. Arousal is very good, the journey is good, but try as I might, have not been able to orgasm. This is a new development, but fast turning into a concern. Can you explain what affects orgasm (psychological/hormonal/meds). My HRT was changed recently and am on Armour. Thanks!!!!

are you on any other medications? Menopause affects women in different ways -- if the change in orgasm is parallel to Armour that could definitely be the issue. Has anything else changed about your approach, your anxiety during sex, etc.?
