Nice idea but seriously, I'd go with a nice piece of jewelry or whatever she likes. Sex gifts are tough to quantify and may put an unexpected pressure on you both. Listen to these responses. They are trying to tell you something very important. Do not pick a number of orgasms - it is limiting, it takes the focus off of pleasure, and what does it say about next year, and the year after that? Sex is very different for women that for men.
