So what exactly is a Good in Bed Guide?

A Good in Bed Guide is an original eBook that has been written and/or edited by a credentialed expert on a specific subject related to sex and relationships. Good in Bed Guides are focused, in-depth, practical and to the point. Many include simple illustrations.

How much does a Good in Bed Guide cost?

$5.95 per guide.

Where can I buy a Good in Bed Guide?

Good in Bed Guides can be purchased and then downloaded via our website, goodinbed.com, as well as through a variety of online retailers such as Amazon.com, Apple iBooks, BN.com an Kobo.

Can I purchase Good in Bed Guides at my local bookstore?

No. We are a digital publisher, which means that we keep our eBooks up to date with the latest information, and make them available at a fraction of the cost of a traditional paperback. We also believe that when it comes to information about sensitive topics such as sex and relationships that digital downloads lend themselves to a more private, confidential experience.

So once I've purchased a Good in Bed Guide, how do I go about reading it?

Once you've purchased a Good in Bed Guide, you will immediately be sent a confirmation email that contains links to downloading your purchased guide in a variety of different formats. At present these formats include PDF (which is ideal for reading and printing from your computer), ePUB (a format that enables you to read on an iPhone, iPad, iTouch, or Android Phone) and .MOBI, which enables you to read on your Kindle. Once you've purchased a guide via goodinbed.com you will have access to these various file formats for a period of 96 hours, and you will also receive detailed instructions and links to various "readers" such as Adobe Acrobat for PDF. For detailed instructions, go here.

What if I don't receive a confirmation email?

First, check your spam box, then let us know and we'll resend.

Can I download more than one file format when I purchase an eBook?

Yes, you can download any and all formats we make available.

How long will I be able to access and download files after purchasing?

96 hours. We do this to protect against piracy.

Can I return an eBook for a refund once purchased?

No. Like iTunes, all of our sales are final. We make about 15% of the content of any given eBook available via preview, so if you decide to purchase one you should have a pretty good idea of what you're getting. Also, we don't employ scurrilous sales-practices. While all of our eBooks are written by experts, we make no definitive promises to change your life or provide you with the secrets to everlasting satisfaction. Everything in life worth mastering requires the right information and hard work. We provide the former.

What if I have a problem downloading my purchase?

If you purchased via Goodinbed.com, let us know at info@goodinbed.com and we'll do our best to rectify the matter or provide you with a refund. If you purchased through an online retailer like Amazon.com, you'll have to take the matter up with them.

Are your books the same price everywhere?

We offer a single low price of $5.95 for all of our eBooks and we do our best to make sure our retail partners sell at the same price.

How do I access a book I have purchased?

After you purchase a book, you'll receive an email confirming your purchase. Included in that confirmation will be a link and a passcode to access your book. You'll have 96 hours to download as many of the versions we make available.

What if I miss my 96 hour window?

Please email us, and we'll do our best to extend you some additional time. But no guarantees. Ideally, you should purchase when you're ready to download.

Is it safe to enter my credit card online via your site?

When you purchase an eBook through goodinbed.com, we create a secure communications connection between your web browser and our payment processing provider, Paypal Merchant services. For your security, Good in Bed does not store your credit card information after your purchase. We've done our best to create a robust, safe ecommerce system.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Mastercard, Visa,  American Express and Paypal.

What will appear on my credit card bill?

The charge on your credit card will be from "Good in Bed Guides." A receipt of your transaction and download instructions will be sent from purchases@expertebooks.com

What's to stop me downloading a Good in Bed Guide from a website that offers a pirated version for free?

Well first of all, it's illegal, and we do take measures to protect against piracy. Secondly, aren't our eBooks inexpensive enough as it is? We're doing our best to make premium information available at a fraction of the cost of a traditional paperback, and piracy endangers our mission. Our eBooks are DRM free because we trust our customers to do the right thing. Think of a Good in Bed Guide as you would any other book. It's okay to print a copy for your personal use, or even to lend to a friend, but you are legally prohibited from placing the content of a Good in Bed Guide on a server for downloading. If you haven't paid for the copy you're reading, and it wasn't sent to you directly via someone you know personally, then please understand that it could be a pirated version and it also may not be up to date with the latest information. If you come across a site offering pirated versions of our eBooks, please let us know so that we can refer the matter to our legal department. We take piracy seriously and would be grateful for any support we can get from users.

What's the difference between a Good in Bed Guide and the free content on your website such as mini-guides?

On our website we offer a reference library of free content, some of which addresses topics that are similar to our eBooks - but not nearly with the same depth. As an example, most of our mini-guides are about 2000 words in length, and our premium guides can range in length anywhere from 15,000 to 30,000 words, plus illustrations. Whereas our mini-guides generally provide a high-level overview of a given topic, our eBooks really get into the meat and potatoes of the subject.

Are Good in Bed Guides sexually explicit?

Yes, but they are written to educate, not titillate, and that sometimes includes the simple line-illustrations. That said, you must be 18 years of age or older in order to purchase.

Who are your authors and what makes them experts?

All Good in Bed Guides have been written by experts who are educated, credentialed and generally recognized to be at the top of their field. Most are therapists, doctors or educators, and have years of experience and passion for their topics.

What if I have a question that hasn't been answered in this section?

Please let us know at info@goodinbed.com, and we'll do our best to provide you with a quick response.

If you have authorized purchases@expertebooks.com as a sender, the file should show up on your kindle under "Documents" on the Kindle Fire or with the rest of your books on the regular Kindle.
