Jack, I'm with my family for the weekend, but I just wanted you to know that if you click on the eBooks section of Good in Bed, you can read the preview for my new book on the subject of premature ejaculation -- check it out -- PE is a subject that I'm passionate about and later this summer we'll be dedicating a week to talking about the topic, but for now, if PE is really an issue, I think it would be worth it to check out my eBook, which i genuinely believe represents the cutting-edge in understanding PE.

Earlier ejaculation can be managed in many ways. The method to use is many times specific to why it's occurring. Jack what details can you provide about your sexual and masturbatory behavior?

I'm an RN and had lifelong personal experience with PE and also with manic behavior and anger management. You're probably asking yourself "What the hell do the other two have to do with anything? " And the answer is EVERYTHING. I can't speak for everyone but for me sex "techniques" and anything along those lines was useless. For me its brain chemistry. Super horny.. and super sensitive. SSRIs (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) have been a God send. I take Celexa 10mg bid and have TOTAL control of when I cum now. Feel like a porn star. No BS. Sex is so much more incredible and enjoyable when you can go to town on your woman in any position you want without the concern of cumming too fast. I urge anyone with this issue to talk to your doctor about a low dose SSRI for this problem. They are all different. So if one does not agree with you for whatever reason try a different one. I HATED PE! And cannot tell you how awesome I feel to have it in my rear view mirror!

Hi Jack,

This is a growing problem that is affecting many more men than you may want to believe and thanks to great books line Good in Bed by the creators of the fine forum, folks can now see some light at the end of the tunnel.

I am a huge proponent of healthy food as my profile states here and i believe that every fitness starts with healthy food. But the right food without a good state of mind will not do much especially in dealing with PE.

Premature ejaculation is a growing phenomenon and its causes usual stem from both psychological and biological factors. Recently it has been also proved that factors like fear of performing, guilt, extreme arousal, anxieties, etc can contribute to such problem.

Cheers!
