We use your data to provide and improve the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. This Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with the Terms of Use and Terms and Conditions of Sale. Capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy and not specifically defined will meanings given them in our User Agreement, accessible from https://www.goodinbed.com/terms/

DEFINITIONS

    Site is the https://www.goodinbed.com/ website operated by Good in Bed, LLC

You can read text, view content and participate on the Site without having a GIB Account. You can also contact us about a particular piece of Site Content without having a GIB Account. Certain other activities on the Site - like uploading Messages, posting comments, participating in surveys, rating Site Content may require you to have a GIB ID.

We may ask for some personal information when you create a GIB ID, including your email address and a password, which is used to protect your account from unauthorized access.

If you submit personally identifiable information to us through the GIB Site, we use your personal information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the general and personalized features and functionality of the GIB Site, and to process any correspondence you send to us.

Your account name (not your email address) is displayed to other Users when you upload Messages through the GIB Site and other Users can contact you through their Messages/comments. Any videos, photos, text or other content that you submit to the GIB Site may be redistributed through the internet and other media channels, and may be viewed by the general public.

We do not use your email address or other personally identifiable information to send commercial or marketing messages without your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out. We may, however, use your email address without further consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes (such as notifying you of changes or updates to the GIB Site or for customer service purposes).

We use both your personally identifiable information and certain non-personally-identifiable information (such as anonymous user usage data, cookies, IP addresses, browser type, clickstream data, etc.) to improve the quality and design of the GIB Site and to create new features, promotions, functionality, and services by storing, tracking, analyzing, and processing user preferences and trends, as well as user activity and communications.

We may release your personally identifying information if we believe such release is necessary to comply with the law (e.g., a legal process or a statutory authorization), to apply or enforce our customer agreements, to protect our rights or property, to protect Site Users from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of the Site, or if we reasonably believe that a danger to any person requires disclosure of such personally identifying information.

GIB may offer its users online surveys and questionnaires that ask Users for opinions and/or other information. Such surveys are completely voluntary. Any information submitted may be shared publicly or with other companies on an aggregate basis, but GIB will not disclose any individual User's personally identifying information.

Certain features provided by GIB allow Users to send an e-mail to another person regarding Site Content. In such cases, GIB will send the information to the person designated by the User and will list the user's e-mail address as the sender. GIB will not use this information other than for the purpose of sending the e-mail requested by the User.

If you have opted in to receive additional information with us when creating a GIB account or making a purchase, or if you have used the stand-alone sign-up form for the newsletter, we may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.

Order Data

Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number.  We refer to this information as “Order Data.” When we talk about “Personal Data” in this privacy policy, we are also talking about Order Data.

We may also collect information how the Site is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). We may provide paid products and/or services within the Site. In that case, we use third-party Services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).
